We want you to love your skincare experience with Beleza by Z. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines to ensure eligibility
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging, including the intact tamper-evident seal applied in our cosmetic lab.
Due to the nature of our formulations and for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened, swatched, tested, or used—even lightly.
Tamper-Proof Seal Requirement
All Beleza by Z products are sealed in-lab with a protective tamper-evident seal to ensure purity and safety. If this seal is broken or removed, the return will be considered void and will not qualify for a refund.
Process & Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 14 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note: Shipping fees and items marked Final Sale are non-refundable.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item arrives at our facility safely. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping and keeping your proof of postage until your return is confirmed.
Returns sent without a valid order number or that do not meet our return criteria cannot be processed or returned to sender.
